This web based system enables registered users to identify and track the location of the GPS mobile phone. Satellite GPS signals from the phone are sent via the network and a combination of GPS, internet and phone technology displays the location of the GPS mobile phone on a street level map in any normal web browser.

This service also includes a panic alarm. Three pre-designated people are alerted if the panic alarm is activated.

Panic Alarm. By pressing the number "5" key on the mobile phone this will automatically record for one minute the background activity and raises the alert with prenominated escalation contacts

TopLocate Home Safe uses the landline as a personal alarm service. Once set up, you are required to dial a PIN Code on the landline phone when you arrive at your destination be it home or at work. If the individual does not arrive at their destination on or before the predefined time and the PIN Code is not received by the system, an SMS and email is automatically sent to the two escalation contacts.
